The CARNET webmail.carnet.hr portal, which some University staff use to access their official email, will close on 31 December 2026.
This change affects only the browser-based access portal. All messages and folders are stored on the University server and will remain available.
The new portal is already available
You can access your official email through UNIDU Webmail. Your sign-in credentials remain the same, and your existing messages and folders will be available after you sign in. You do not need to transfer messages or create a new account.
You can start using UNIDU Webmail immediately. We recommend saving webmail.unidu.hr as a browser bookmark.
Email app users do not need to change their settings
If you use Outlook, Thunderbird or a mobile email app, this change will not affect how those applications work and you do not need to change their settings.
If you have difficulty signing in or using the service, report the problem to the IT Support Centre.
