Student email is part of Microsoft 365 and opens in Outlook.
This is also your official student email address.
Username used for authorisation; it is not an email address.

How to open student email
Start with the first step and continue in order. Complete only the action shown in each step.
- 1Open Outlook
Select “Open student email” at the top of this page.

Enter your full student address in the Microsoft form and select “Next”.

The AAI@EduHr page opens. Enter your AAI username and password, then select “LOGIN”.

Open the Microsoft Authenticator notification and enter the number shown on screen if prompted.

After approval, Outlook opens. Select “Inbox” to start using student email.

Connect Microsoft Authenticator for the first time
If Authenticator is already connected to your account, skip this section. During regular sign-in, simply approve the request in step 4 above.

Install Microsoft Authenticator on your phone from Google Play or the App Store.

On your computer, follow Microsoft’s instructions until a QR code appears.

In Authenticator, select “+”, then “Work or school account” and “Scan QR code”.

Use your phone to scan the QR code on the computer and complete the test approval shown by Microsoft.
