One sign-in for academic networks in Croatia and worldwide

Eduroam gives University students and staff simple, secure and free internet access at institutions participating in the international academic network. Use the AAI@EduHr electronic identity issued by the University of Dubrovnik.

Once your device is configured correctly, it can connect to available eduroam networks at other participating institutions without creating another account.

Install eduroam in a few steps

The official eduroam installer is the safest and simplest option. Open it on the device you want to connect.

    Open the installer on your phone or tablet

    Visit installer.eduroam.hr on the device you want to connect.

    Download the recommended configuration

    The portal will detect your system and offer the appropriate profile or app. Confirm the University of Dubrovnik.

    Sign in with your AAI@EduHr username

    Enter your username in the form iprezime@unidu.hr and your AAI password.

    Complete setup and select eduroam

    Allow the profile to be installed when prompted, then select eduroam in your Wi-Fi settings.

As part of the modernisation of the network backbone and wireless infrastructure, a total of 160 access points were configured. Select a location on the map to view its scope.

Before reporting a problem

Quick checks

  • Make sure you selected the eduroam network.
  • Are you entering the complete AAI username ending in @unidu.hr?
  • Have you recently changed your AAI password?
  • Try switching Wi-Fi off and on again.

Still unable to connect?

Report the problem to CIP and include your location, device type, operating system and the error message. Do not include your password.
